This is our last class before study week...I'm feel sad...Because this is the last day with Miss Zu.So,I want to say thank you to Miss Zu that have teaching me until this level.Beside that,to all my friend,thank you so much for helping me in study. 

FUTURE TENSE

Future tense was divided into 4 types:
-Simple future tense-to make prediction,intention and planed event
-Future perfect tense-subject+will+have+past participle
-Future continuous tense-subject+will+be+ing
-Future perfect continous tensesubject+will+have+been+verb-ing

PRA-TEST ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY

For this test,we do in group.Each group have 3-4 people.We can discuss in group to answer this test questions paper.In my group,we have 4 people.So,each person will write each paragraph from intro to conclusion.The question was about parental negligence is the main causes to social problem among youngster.Do you agree or not?My group choose disagree for this statement.
From our point of view, we think that there are many other factors that are contributing more on social problem on youngster such as peer pressure, media factor and environmental factor.

INTERPRETING WRITERS POINT OF VIEW,ATTITUDES OR INTENTION

For this topic,we do a game that was prepared by Miss Zu,each group have 5-6 people.They will listen and watch music video and also advertisement to determine what writer's tone,who is the writer,who is the target audience and so on..My group do many careless mistake .

ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAYS

Argumentative essay is an essay where you attempt to persuade or convince the reader to change his/her mind /opinion/poin of view.

Planning for an argumentative writing
Intro:
-attract readers attention
-should have thesis statement
-background information
-present the issue or opinion which you're proposing with a short explaination.


Body of writing:
-choose 3 points to support your opinion
-conclusion must have refutation
-All writing must be coherent

Conclusion:
-Summarise all the point
-highlight the writers point.

PASSIVE AND ACTIVE VOICE

For this topic,we need to changes the sentences into passive voice.

Active voice– indicates that the subject of the verb is acting.

Passive voice-the subject becomes the passive recipient of the action.

PRA-SPEAKING TEST

For today's class,Miss Zu want all of us know how to do good speaking test.From it,it will be more easier to us to face the actual speaking test.

This is Nadhirah's group.They looks confident and comfortable with english language.

• For me,i have a big problem to speak in english.I feel not comfortable when speak in english.I need to improve in many parts.

INFORMATION TRANSFER

Information transfer is the process to writing it from non linear to linear text.This is about we need to transfer all the information in bar chart,pie chart and other chart.From it,we need to make a conclusion.Here is some example that I can show.

HOW STUDENT SPEND THEIR TIME AFTER CLASSES

The pie chart shows that how students spend their time after classes based on percentage such as indoor activities, socialising, studying, going for movies and outdoor activities .(OVERVIEW)

            Based on the pie chart, we can infer that almost 35% of the students love to spend their time after class by doing indoor activities such as playing computer, cooking and collecting stamps.         This might be due to lower cost of activities and easy access of internet. (CONTROLLING IDEA & KF 1)                           

Besides that, it also can be seen that 25% of the students which is the second highest percentage spend their time after class by socialising such as chatting online, going out with friends and visiting places. (CONTROLLING IDEA & KF 2)                                  

            The pie chart indicates that 20% of students spend their time after classes with studying. They take this time to do their homework, assignments, projects, research and study group. 15% gap might be because the students need to relax then focussing on their studies. (CONTROLLING IDEA & KF 3)

            On the other hand, outdoor activities and going to movie have the same percentage which is 10%. For instance, exercising, gardening, watch comedies and romance movies. It shows that these two types of activities are the least popular activities among students due to the lack of time. (CONTROLLING IDEA & KF 2)

                                   

            The percentage of indoor activities will increase steadily while going for movies as well as outdoor activities will decrease considerably. This situation happens because students are more likely spend their quality time with indoor activities  instead of going out because it is wasting their time. (PREDICTION – PROPOSAL)

LISTENING TEST

PREDICT AND INFERENCE

We become as a detective for this night class.We need to do the right prediction and inference for what happened actually to solve the case.Beside that,we need to do prediction and inference based on the music video and movie that shows to us.For this activity,Nadhirah group as a winner because their group is very energetic. 

FACTS VS OPINION

For this class,we need to do a promotion with the product was given to us.For my group,we need to promote a dictionary.We need to create fact and opinion to promote it.After that,audience will identify how many fact and opinion that we have create.

For this activity,we need to be alert,know how to differentiate between the facts and opinion and be a good listener.Lastly,we need to think carefully before do the decision to make sure that no careless mistaken.

HOW TO MAKE CREATIVE POEM?

Todays class we need to do short creative poem as a simbolize that we can show about our friend based on their name..For this,I do short poem about my friend,AMIRAH NADRAH.Inially,its very difficult to create a short poem.Lastly,this is the result from me to her:

Angry is never exist in her life along our friendship.
Matured persons is a word that some people see from her
Intelligent is suitable with her because she always comes with new idea
Relax althought many works she needs to do
Alert with all thing that happend around her
Honest in friendship

Naughty's person sometimes when she was boring
Adventure activity is her hobby
Different with all my friend before this

VERB is a saying word or a word which shows action or state of being.

Types of verb:

•       Non-action Verb-mpdal,linking and auxiliary verb.

 Quotations introduction.

“I am tired of being poor, this is humiliating.” A young girl emotionally said to myself. A young girl said to herself. She never asked for this poverty fate. She was born in a poor family. She couldnot own anything that other teens have. I am that young girl. This poverty stopped many people from achieve their dreams. Apart from that, many from their kind doesnot know that they can seek help to improve their life. This poverty can be improve by government giving help through their children’s education,  economy welfare and motivation as a self-improvement.

 

CONTRAST TO THE THESIS STATEMENT

Since the back of thousands years ago, alcohol has been famous and promoted in human lives. In chemistry, alcohol has been used for many things such as to produce ethanol and methanol which are commonly use in medication. Ethanol is used to treat methanol poisoning by reducing the rate of which methanol is metabolised. Research in the last few years found that there are a lot of advantages of alcohol such as the source of energy in the diet and can release our stress.However,nowadays alcohol leads to many harmful drawbacks. Thus, the disadvantages of alcohol can  cause  liver’s damage,  poor judgement , and effect of our brain.

Current events (Social)

In 2007, the Star newspaper reported that an IPTS student in Segamat has dumped a baby in a plastic bag into a big drain. The baby which his umbilical cord is still intact was found by a good Samaritan. Two years later, Malaysia was shocked again by the same news: A fisherman had accidently fished a black plastic bag which he taught it was an ordinary plastic bag that had been littered by the irresponsible persons. He then opened the plastic bag out of curiosity and then was horrified for what he saw. A decayed baby!. These news proved that the statistics of social problems are increasing up until now. Thus, to ace these social problems, one should have a strong moral value, parents should play their roles effectively and  one should use media wisely.
